When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please check in at the front desk 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time. This gives us ample time for checking in and answering any questions you may have before your service.
How far in advance should I schedule my appointment?
For your convenience, we recommend scheduling your appointment one to two weeks in advance. Keep in mind that evening and weekend appointments are the most popular and may require three to four weeks advance scheduling. Feel free to call us at the last minute, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
What should I do to cancel my appointment?
Because your services are personally reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least twenty-four hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. If calling when we are closed, please leave a message on our voicemail.

Every woman needs three things..
Any cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a 50 percent charge of scheduled services. Day packages require 48 notice of change or cancellation. No shows are charged the full price for all services scheduled.
All first time customers will be asked for a credit card to reserve their requested service time.
What if I am late for my appointment?
We understand that delays are sometimes unavoidable. Please call to let us know you are running late. We will let your stylist know when to expect you.
Are children allowed in the salon?
We are happy to accommodate children with appointments for hair services. However, with regards to children accompanying adults with appointments, our facility is not conducive to children waiting for extended periods of time.
Can I request a female or male stylist?
Absolutely. Please make your request when scheduling your appointment.

How do I purchase a Lifestyle Card?
Lifestyle Cards may be purchased in the Lifestyle Card section of the website. You can also purchase them in the salon or over the phone with a credit card. We will send the Lifestyle Card to you directly or the recipient, whichever you prefer.
Can I leave a gratuity for my stylist?
If you wish to tip your stylist, you may leave it in an envelope at the front desk. it is added to your service total.
What is the difference in the level of stylists?
Stylists are classified according to their level of expertise. We offer three levels of stylists: junior, senior and master. The junior stylists have one to three years cutting and coloring experience. Senior stylists have three to ten years and master stylists have ten to twenty years experience.
